On Thursday, World stock markets fall and investors are uneasy more and more, the main reason is U.S. Debt Fears. Stock investors who are buying penny stocks, are worried the hot topic about the trouble of U.S. lawmakers in Washington who tried their best about lifting the nation's debt limit for preventing the debt default. The U.S. debt ceiling deadline for raising 14.3 trillion US dollars borrowing limit is August 2, stock investors were anxious to buy penny stocks because the deadline is coming!

Pacific Gold Corp. (OTC:PCFG) is up 17 percent at $0.0798. PCFG announced about gold production at the Black Rock Canyon Mine (BRCM).

Capital South Bancorp. (OTC:CAPB) is up 900 percent at $0.15.

PGI Energy, Inc. (OTC:PGIE) is up 55 percent at $0.0028. PGI Energy announced that it signed a one-year allocation oil agreement with Intertorco Europe S.A. as the exclusive trading desk for 6 million bbl per month of Saudi light crude oil from Saudi Aramco.

Onteco Corporation (OTC:ONTC) are up 13 percent at $0.0155.
